Pull the Plug is our weekly round up of your demo tapes, newly released CDs, promo copies, even the occasional cassette. There are a million releases out there but only one Resonance104.4fm and it is not for nothing that we have been described as “the best radio station in London.” Says presenter Johnny Seven, whose appetite for the new cannot be satiated even by a lifetime in the modernist fast lane, “I want your bedroom tapes! If you’ve made a demo using a couple of biscuit tins and a stylophone I need to hear it.” Note the word need. Size of record company, number of Facebook or MySpace friends, etc are not an issue.
